How it is possible to upload a content file?
Answer to this question can be recovered from the Upload Content and Metadata Ingestion page. The Edit Object functionality/action allows you to: edit metadata, upload/update the object icon/thumbnail, update the digital file, upload a new version of the digital file, update/change the classification assigned to your content, etc.
How it can be updated once uploaded ?
You have to play an object and to go in the block "Actions" on the right and select "Edit Object". In alternative, from any list of objects you can directly see in the Actions menu' of your content the same "Edit Object" selection. The "Edit Object" is present only if you are the owner of that object, for example if you have uploaded it. The Edit Object functionality/action allows you to: edit metadata, upload/update the object icon/thumbnail, update the digital file, upload a new version of the digital file, update/change the classification assigned to your content, etc.
I have uploaded a file and now I have realized, to have not done it correctly. I would like to delete it. How can we do that?
If the file is only the wrong one, or the metadata are not correct or the icon is not good, then YOU can change them via the Action on your content called Edit Object, selecting the object update for changing the file, icon update for the icon and/or the metadata editor to change the metadata.
I have uploaded a file and now I would like to delete it. How can we do that?
To delete the object you have to send and email to the organization at info@eclap.eu, providing the link of the object you would like to delete. Please read the Terms of Use.
I need to be IPR manager for my affiliation: how can I do that?
You have to be an ECLAP partner (contract or affiliated). If you are an affiliated partner and you have a distribution channel/group, you can ask to your group/channel coordinator to ask to info@eclap.eu to become an IPR Manager for your channel/group affiliation.
I would like to change the IPR from Public Domain to private or viceversa.
This operation can be performed by using the IPR Wizard on your object. To this end, you have to take the Action "Edit Object" for your object and click on the IPR wizard in the Edit Object page. In the IPR wizard your can associate IPR Models with your content. And, you can also define new IPR Models for successive use.
I see that my file can be downloaded and that is something that we do not want: how can we indicate that?

Recently a number of contributions have been posted on the portal regarding the ECLAP metadata semantic model. See also page: "Content and Metadata Ingestion"
From ECLAP papers "Infrastructure: ingestion and processing content and metadata" shows some metadata elements of ECLAP, like Dublin core, technical metadata and Performing arts metadata . However the meaning of the each element. What does they mean ? Are they related to geographic information for performance ? Could you please provide the information about what each metadata element describe ?
What elements are standard for ECLAP, since " Infrastructure: ingestion and processing content and metadata" shows a total of 57 metadata elements (page 177 ~180), while "ECLAP best practice network" points only total 36 metadata elements (page 178 ~ 180). Could you please tell me what is the standard metadata for ECLAP?
It seems " Infrastructure: ingestion and processing content and metadata" only shows some part of ECLAP performing arts metadata, not a whole set of elements. Could you provide a whole metadata set the performing arts metadata ?
